If the product has experienced damages during the shipping process, please contact us upon delivery and we will happily setup a replacement for you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number from the delivery courier.

EPILASER products come with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY*. *Product Registration Required: You can register your product within 30 days of purchase. We’ll replace or repair your product for free. Please note that if you haven’t registered your product for 1 year warranty, we can’t offer free replacements or repairs.
You can return your product within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to set up a return.
